Dearest Pat,
I just found out about Paul. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I will miss the occasional "run-ins" we seemed to have and getting the big hug and smile from Paul. He seemed so happy everytime I would see him and I know that you were always part of that happiness.
Prayers and thoughts to you and your family.

A very nice person. Very helpful to me at a bad time. Best epitaph anyone can ask.
~ William Peak - August 18, 2016
Paul and Pat were my neighbors when I lived on Piankishaw St. from 96-2000. He was such a wonderful person. He was always so kind and considerate to me and my dog Cody. He helped me also with plants, shade and sun loving plants. He taught me alot about gardening. He will be missed by so many, but welcomed to Heaven by our Father and Jesus, our Lord and Savior!

I worked with Paul for many years at Taylor Forge. My job would have been much harder for me if not for Paul. Even though he was very busy, he always took the time to help me. Paul helped everyone who asked for his help. (A lot of us did). I know he is in heaven reading the nice things everyone has written. I just want to say THANK YOU Paul.

There are not many words I can add that have not been thought or spoken of Paul. He was so kind, gentle and caring. He always had time to help in any and everyway that he possibly could. I never saw Paul that he didn't have that fantastic smile and I would get a handshake. He might possibly have been a little on the ornery side at times. This world has lost a wonderful Blessed man, but Heaven has gained a truly great one. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends that God can help them find some peace and comfort at this time.

What fun memories I have of us cousins down on the farm. Whether it was gathering Aunt Vada's eggs, making dolls out of hollyhocks, riding bikes, swimming in the neighbor's pond, we always felt welcome at uncle Earl's and Aunt Vada's house up on the knoll. She always had fun things to do or cook. Another chapter closed but what great memories growing up with the Staley kids down on the farm and at PRHS.
My prayers go out for Kathy, Becky, Patsy, Mike, Steven and his many friends and family members.

Paul was a family friend for as long as I can remember. When I was a kid I have great memories of him walking to and from work in front of our house. He would always greet my brother, sister, and me with a smile a wave , and sometimes a snow ball fight. He was a great man and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Pat and the rest of his family.

Paul was definitely one of a kind. I worked with Paul a few years at Taylor and found him to be smart, funny and easy to work with. He always had a smile on his face and (a wise crack), I'm sure you are all going to miss him terribly.

To Paul's family:
Taylor Forge is a customer of ours. For the past 25 years, Paul has been my primary technical contact at Taylor Forge.
Of all the people I have worked with in this tough and demanding business, he is at the top of my list of favorites.
He was always a gentleman, always acted professionally, and never lost his temper no matter what difficult situation we faced together.
Any time anything went wrong, we could depend on Paul to be a steady resource to help us through the problem
I had talked with Paul dozens of times over the years on the phone and met Paul twice, once at in Coatesville, Pa and once in Paola.
At both our meetings we had time to have a meal together and get to know each other personally
I have lost a good friend.
My sympathies to the family

My deepest condolences on the loss of Dear, Sweet Paul. I worked with him at Taylor Forge, and he was an absolute joy to be around. You have my sympathy, as he will be missed by many who knew and loved him.

What a genuine individual. From the first time I started to work at First Presbyterian 2 1/2 years ago, Paul made me feel so warm and welcomed. He always had a smile on his face and had a wonderful sense of humor. One thing is for sure, Paul is in Heaven and making everyone there smile too! I miss him already. Love to Patsy and all the family. Joann

Paul was always there to help at the Preschool. It might be painting, putting together, or fixing. I could always count on him. He was a true servant of God.

Mr. Staley would call in his order at Emery's when I worked behind the bar. He was always so sweet and kind when he would call and when he came in to pick up his order. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

Kathy, Becky, and family:
We are so sorry for you loss. We put the family on the prayer list at our church in Osawatomie and continue to pray for you. May GOD bless you with His comforting arms. Just wanted you to know we are thinking about you.
Kathy, maybe we can get together this winter. We are going to the valley to Alamo and will be at Alamo Paradise Acres Park. Will try to get in touch with you later.

I worked with Paul at Taylor Forge and was lucky enough to share an office nearby. He was one of the most positive and knowledgeable men I have met in my time. His kind heart, good spirit, strong work ethic, and positive attitude can only be mimicked by others, as he is the one who set the bar. I miss Paul greatly, I will continue to strive to be more like him.

Paul was a one of a kind. He was so thoughtful, thinking of others before himself. He was always ready to go the extra mile to get the job done. All you had to do was mention something that needed to be done and it was done before you could even begin to think about it.
He was a very faithful man and always spoke about his relationship with God. Even up to the end he was not afraid. He was looking forward to his next life. His life is an inspiration to everyone that knew him.
I love you Paul and look forward to seeing again someday.

To the Staleyfamily... We are so very sorry for the passing of our long time friend, Paul. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you.
~ Carol & Larry Everhart - August 14, 2016
Paul was the greatest to work with. He taught me so much, not just work Paul did what God wants us to do he loved and cared for everyone. Paul shared Jesus and scripture a true gentleman always putting smiles on peoples faces. I will miss him ever so much but I know our eternal life has already started when we accepted Jesus. So sorry for your loss praying for comfort.
