Virginia M. Tepesch, age 97, passed away November 1, 2016 at Aberdeen Village in Olathe, KS.

She was born September 4, 1919 in Harrisonville, Missouri to Charles and Bertha Temple Bybee. She graduated from Harrisonville High School in 1939 and attended 2 years of college.

Virginia was united in marriage to Carl Tepesch on February 5, 1946 in Kansas City, Kansas. She worked for the Department of Agriculture and the National Weather Service. She enjoyed sewing, spending time with her family, visiting with neighbors and traveling around the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Alice Hawley, sister Kathleen George, and brother Earl Bybee.

Survivors are her sons, Charles (Sandra), James (Lynette), Thomas (Terry), and Michael (Linda) Tepesch; 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
